TekNet Launches New Web-based ‘Service Request Form’ for Customers
At TekNet we believe that our customers should be able to get in touch with our Help Desk in a fashion that suits them.
As such, customers can currently log a service call using e-mail, or by calling the Help Desk direct dial phone number. In addition to those two methods, we now offer a very simple to use web-form for our clients.
Clients can visit our website and access the Service Request form from a link at the top of the site, or by clicking on the Help Desk menu option. The form is designed to ask just enough questions to ensure we assign the best possible technician to your call.
TekNet has resolved over 100,000 service calls for its clients, and is always looking to embrace newer and tested technology to better service our customers.
