Welcome to TekNet’s client helpdesk portal. The pages contained within this section of the website will allow you to gain information pertinent to your particular issue or request assistance from one of our engineers.
There are two sections for logging calls to our engineers. The first section is for clients who have established contracts with us and requires a username and password to gain entrance – if you are a client who wishes to use this section and do not have a username or password click here. The maintained client helpdesk section provides links to raising calls via Email, Short Message System (SMS) direct to engineer’s mobile phones, or via a Web Based Ticket system. You may also see the progress of outstanding calls as well as historical information on closed calls.
The second section is for clients who do not have a maintenance contract with us, but wish to use our services on a time and materials basis. We only offer a Web Based Email system for this purpose and you will be contacted by a helpdesk administrator after you have logged your call. This individual will progress the fault with you and determine a correct course of action with you. This system should be used for first time clients or regular time and materials clients. There is no ability to monitor progress of your call or to view historical calls.
